Her career has spanned leadership roles at nationally recognized residential treatment centers and private college-preparatory schools, where she directed accredited academic programs, mentored faculty, and integrated therapeutic and educational approaches to support holistic student development. She also led institutions through rigorous accreditation processes, always with a focus on fostering student success and faculty excellence.
